Experts in eminent domain litigation say that a lawsuit filed against Bruce Ratner has little chance of success. Interviewed by the Brooklyn Paper, a weekly opposed to Ratner's Atlantic Yards project, three lawyers said the critics would have a tough time proving the project didn't meet the standards for an eminent domain "taking". Meanwhile, a proposed IRS ruling could make financing the Nets' arena more difficult and more expensive.
