Opponents of Bruce Ratner's Atlantic Yards project, home for the Nets' new arena, want to enlist the help of Knick owners Charles and James Dolan. Letitia James, the city councilwoman most critical of Ratner's plan, met Tuesday with a lobbyist for the Dolans. The Dolans successfully lobbied New York politicians against the Jets' West Side Stadium. But those same politicians are reacting favorably to the Nets' plans and the Dolans say they want no part of this fight.
