While Nenad Krstic and Mile Ilic have gotten most of the press this training camp, Jason Collins and Mikki Moore understand their steadiness is going to be critical to the Nets' success, particularly on defense. So both claim to be in great shape, better than ever and ready to be helpful if not fully appreciated. As for Ilic, Ed Stefanski says he doesn't see the Serb getting a lot of time on the court this season.
