With preseason over, ESPN's Chad Ford has broken down the 2006 rookie class into the good, the bad, the ugly, the solid and the sleepers. Marcus Williams, who led all rookies in preseason scoring (16.0 ppg) and playmaking (7.0 apg), is in the top five, with Brandon Roy, Rudy Gay, Rajon Rondo and Tyrus Thomas. Ford adds that several teams, notably the Kings, may wish they had taken him on Draft Night. Nets' assistant Tom Barrise thinks he knows one reason for Williams' success: Jason Kidd.
