Hassan Adams will be back in court Wednesday for a second day of jury deliberations in his DUI trial. On Tuesday, the jury met for two hours but could not reach a verdcit. Adams had been fined $100 by a Tucson city judge earlier for arriving 55 minutes late. Testimony showed that the first breathalyzer test had to be discarded on technical grounds, but a second test showed basically the same reading as the first. Adams' lawyer presented expert witnesses on the unreliability of certain equipment.
