With a third of the Nets roster being either first or second-year players, the Nets will be doing a lot of teaching this season and as head coach, a lot of the pressure will rest on his shoulders. Frank and Jason Kidd think that all that youth has its benefits and point to the success of the 2001-02 team which also had four rookies and a roster only six months younger than this year's. Still, the most telling comparison would be another trip to the NBA Finals.
