The Nets will face their first test of the 2006-07 season when they visit Indiana to face the Pacers. And even though it is merely a pre-season game, it may be a special one for Mile Ilic (who may be more ready that anybody thought) and Jay Williams. Ilic may see some meaningful action, and Williams could see his first time on the court since his devastating accident three years ago. As for the starters? They are expected to play between 12-24 minutes each, although Vince Carter may sit with bruised ribs.
