Jeff McInnis has been the odd man out during the eight-game winning streak, but he still believes he can make an impact on this Nets team and he is still practicing hard. McInnis does know his name could be part of trade talks and he would welcome a deal if it puts him in a better situation, but he's not quitting on the Nets.
