The Daily News Sunday urged a New York judge to "bounce" a lawsuit filed by foes of Bruce Ratner's planned new Nets' arena, saying it was time to get the project moving. The judge in the case turned down the foes' request for a temporary restraining order to stop demolition of buildings at the site of the Nets' arena. City officials and Ratner spokesmen have said the Nets' owner needs to break ground this year to get the arena done by the 2008-09 season.
