Antoine Wright got his longest stretch of playing time Friday vs. the Grizzlies, but in an interview conducted before that game, the Nets' rarely used rookie talked about the difficulties he has faced this season. He says he has a hard time staying motivated, but notes: "I come in every day and say, 'I'm going to get better today regardless if I'm going to play or not.'"
