Bruce Ratner is the latest member of the Nets family to lend a hand to the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Ratner has a raft of empty condominiums at the site of the Nets' new arena. Ratner has been buying up the condo's as part of the land acquisition for his arena and mini-city plan. Now, he is planning to fill those units with victims of Hurricane Katrina.
