Sheldon Silver, the powerful New York state politician who sunk the Jets' plans for a Manhattan stadium, is unsure whether he will support the Nets' plans for a Brooklyn arena. Silver told the New York Post he has not made up his mind on the efficacy of state subsidies for the Nets' half-billion Brooklyn home or Bruce Ratner's surrounding mini-city. Silver is just one of several hurdles left for the arena project to clear.
