Taking Fan-Friendliness to a New Height

For the Nets, being fan-friendly was never a top priority. An occasional email or phone call to solicit tickets was the norm. There was little follow-up and hardly any contact with the team or its front office. As for sponsorships, they too were not high priority. That has changed with Net players, execs and even Bruce Ratner visiting homes as part of the "Ticket Influencer " program and the team about to announce 15 high-profile sponsorships.
