Former Jersey High-School Star Could Join Coaching Staff

The Nets could be filling their last coaching vacancy with former Bogota high-school star and current Piston assistant coach, Pat Sullivan. Sullivan was an assistant at North Carolina for three years after playing for the Tar Heels, and has been a Detroit assistant for one year. The team also announced the promotion of Gregg Polinsky to be director of scouting. Polinsky has been with the Nets since 2001. He was director of basketball operations at Kentucky and head coach at Georgia Southern before that.
