Coach Lawrence Frank hasn't coached college basketball since a stint as an assistant with Tennessee a decade ago, but his recruiting skills were on full display yesterday. He moved from a meeting with the Nets' top big man candidate, Shareef Abdur Rahim, in Georgia to one with their top backcourt target, Keyon Dooling, in Florida. Abdur Rahim, who was close to Frank when both were with the Grizzlies, described the Nets' offer as "very appealing". The Nets also spoke with the agent for Donyell Marshall and Stromile Swift as well those for Shandon Anderson and Kareem Rush, among others.
