Sharrod Ford, a 6'9" power forward from Clemson, has been signed to a summer league contract with the Nets, according to scout.com. As a senior, Ford averaged a career high 14.9 points and 8.2 rebounds a game. He worked out with the Nets in June. Ford joins several other players already announced for the Las Vegas Summer League, including Nets draft choices Antoine Wright and Christian Drejer, former Net Awvee Storey and Brian Boddicker, a small forward who played in Turkey last year after a career at Texas.
