Ratner Putting Nets' Arena on Solid Ground

Bruce Ratner is once again rejiggering his plans for a Nets arena in Brooklyn, this time moving the 20,000 seat facility so that it will rest on solid ground and not be built over Long Island RailRoad tracks. It's all part of a plan that will require Ratner to move the rail yards at a cost of hundreds of millions of dollars.
