Two minutes into the 4th quarter Friday night, Vince Carter had 43 points and the Nets had a 5 point lead over the best team in the NBA. Then Carter went up for a jump shot and got upset with how Bruce Bowen stepped into him. He charged at Bowen and picked up his second technical foul, resulting in an ejection. The Nets couldn't hang on to the lead after that, and fell to the Spurs by 10. Nenad Krstic played his best game in a while, scoring 17 points on 7-12 shooting and grabbing 8 rebounds.
