The Nets return home and kick off the month of February with a meeting with the Bulls Tuesday night. Chicago has won 12 of its last 14 games and is in playoff position, but the Nets have defeated them twice in Chicago this year. In the first game, though, the Nets blew a 27 point lead and survived in double overtime, and in December, they were down 5 with 2 minutes to play, but came back to win with a 10-0 run. In that second game, Chicago guards Ben Gordon and Kirk Hinrich combined for 49 points on 17-28 shooting. The Nets will be without Rodney Buford, who is out for the next few weeks with torn ligiments in his ankle. Brian Scalabrine is likely out as well with a bruised knee.
