Three different NBA power rankings--those put together by Yahoo!, NBA.com, and Dime Magazine--show the Nets rapidly moving up the ladder of success. The Yahoo! ranking put the Nets at No. 11, up six places; NBA.com's have the Nets at No. 9, up 8 places, and Dime's show the Nets jumping 19 places to No. 5. As Dime asked--and this is becoming a trend if not yet a slogan--"Why Not?" That's the same answer Jason Kidd gave when asked about if the Nets could continue their winning ways.
