Two Nets Owners Vying for Pennsylvania Slots Licenses

Two of Bruce Ratner's biggest partners in the Nets are asking the Pennsylvania Gaming Board to let them open "slots palaces" in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. Forest City Enterprises owns 15% of the Nets; Katz an undisclosed percentage.
