Acting Governor Richard Codey got doubly lucky the other night. He entered a $1 raffle at a high school game, the winner getting a chance to take a single half court shot at halftime. The ultimate prize: tickets to a Nets' game. Codey, who is a season ticket-holder, won the raffle, then in a moment he will probably cherish more than the last property tax rebate debate, he hit the shot. What happened next was worthy of Sports Center.
