Two of the Eastern Conference's more disappointing teams face off Tuesday night in the nation's capital when the Nets go up against the Wizards. After a fast start, the Wizards are now three games below .500 and their top backcourt player, Gilbert Arenas, is playing in pain. The Nets' Jason Collins is expected to play tonight after more injections to end nerve pain near his surgically repaired knee.
