In a last bit of off-season news, NetsDaily can report that the Nets retained the draft rights to Christian Drejer over the summer. The 6'-9" shooting guard, taken with the 51st pick in the 2004 NBA Draft, hopes to be the first Danish player, in the NBA. He is now playing with Virtus Bologna in the Italian League. He will remain the Nets' property through next summer. Draft rights can also be sold or traded.
