Two days after Sports Illustrated predicted the Nets would once again win their division and return to the East's elite, ESPN has concurred. ESPN's panel of 12 basketball writers is nearly unanimous--all but Scoop Jackson--in picking the Nets to win the division although none picks the Nets to win the conference. Special praise goes out to Richard Jefferson.
