Defense and Balanced Scoring Leads Nets to Blowout Over Bobcats

Eight Nets scored at least 8 points on Thursday night in Charlotte and none of them scored more than 10. On the other end of the floor, New Jersey held the Bobcats to just 31% shooting in a 95-76 victory. Jason Kidd and Richard Jefferson led the Nets with 10 points each, shooting a combined 7 of 9 from the floor. Meanwhile, the Nets announced Jason Collins will undergo an MRI to determine if there is a problem with his surgically repaired knee.
