Rapper Jay-Z must be happy with his small investment in the Nets. He is reportedly in talks to buy Arsenal, the British soccer team known for its rabid fans. Jay-Z, born Shawn Carter, is a minority investment in the Nets, one of more than 100 individuals, partnerships and corporations who have invested with Bruce Ratner.
