The Atlanta Hawks have extended a 6-year, maximum value offer to Kenyon Martin, according to ESPN. He can't sign an offer sheet until the 14th. Apparently losing out on Carlos Boozer and Manu Ginobili, Denver could also make K-Mart an offer as well.
