Jason Kidd and Kenyon Martin returned to action against the Bucks, but the Nets could not hold on to a lead down the stretch as they fell to Milwaukee by five. The Nets held a 96-91 lead with three minutes left, but the Bucks finished the game on a 12-2 run, with Michael Redd scoring 6 of the 12. Rodney Rogers led all scorers with 26 points on 11-18 shooting, but was not on the floor for the final six minutes. With the win, Milwaukee solidified their position as the 4th seed in the East.
