The Nets and Knicks meet for the final time this season, in a possible preview of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs. The Knicks currently hold the 7th spot but only play 2 of their remaining 7 games at home. The Nets could clinch the Atlantic Division with a win tonight and a loss by Miami in Detroit. After returning for a half on Wednesday in Washington, Kenyon Martin is expected to sit this one out with tendinitis in his left knee. Allan Houston is still out for New York, but Dikembe Mutombo hopes to return from his abdomen injury.
