In a similar fashion to the previous night against Detroit, the Nets used a 2nd quarter run to rebound from a sluggish 1st quarter, and then took control of the game in the 3rd. After taking only one shot, and not scoring in the 1st half, Kerry Kittles exploded for 20 in the 3rd quarter and finished with 27. The Nets used their tenacious 2-3 zone again to neutralize the Cavs' height advantage, to force 19 Cleveland turnovers, and to spark the running game.
