The Nets defeated the Atlanta Hawks Saturday, and have won 4 of their last 5 games to climb out of last place in the Atlantic Division. Richard Jefferson and Travis Best led the team with 21 points each, and Eric Williams added 20 of his own, as the Nets used hot shooting from the 3 point line, and a solid performance from the charity stripe to earn a 5 point victory in Atlanta. Jason Kidd struggled in just 17 minutes of action, but New Jersey got another quality performance from rookie Nenad Krstic, who came off the bench for 10 points, 7 rebounds and 2 blocks in 21 minutes of action.
