The Nets will try to end their six game losing streak as they travel to Los Angeles to take on the Clippers Thanksgiving night. After a solid 5-3 start, the Clippers have lost three games in a row. With a solid front line, the Clippers are the second best shooting team in the league, and they lead the league in assists per game. Bobby Simmons is having a breakout year, averaging 16.0 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1.5 steals per game, starting at the small forward spot. After offseason knee surgery, former Net Kerry Kittles played in his first game Sunday, but reinjured the knee in practice Tuesday, and could miss Thursday's game. The Nets hope that to build on their best game of the young season, a two point loss in Denver Tuesday night. The New Jersey bench came alive for 42 points to keep the team in the game.
