The Nets played maybe their best game of the season, but it wasn't enough to beat the Nuggets in Denver Tuesday night. Kenyon Martin finished with 22 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists for Denver, who also got 9 blocked shots from Marcus Camby, and a couple of clutch baskets from Earl Boykins down the stretch. Richard Jefferson had his 5th 20 and 10 game of the season, finishing with 26 points and 11 rebounds, but missed a big free throw with less than a minute to play. The Nets bench came out of hibernation, outscoring the Nuggets bench 42-22.
