The Nets visit an old friend Tuesday, as they travel to Denver to take on Kenyon Martin and the Nuggets. New Jersey will try to break their 5 game losing streak against a Denver team that struggled early on, but has come on to win 3 straight. The Nuggets have lost Voshon Lenard for the season, and seem to be in need of a shooting guard, but they got a breakout performance from Greg Buckner on Sunday against Dallas. Martin and Carmelo Anthony could pose matchup problems for the Nets if Lawrence Frank chooses to go with his big line-up. If not, the Anthony/Richard Jefferson matchup should be fun to watch. The Nets need more consistent play from everyone but Jefferson, and need much better production from their bench.
