Farmar Close To Deal To Play In Israel; West Heads for Italy
Jeffrey Rosen, the American owner of Maccabi Haifa, says that his team is in "serious talks" with Jordan Farmar, saying that the Nets' back-up point guard "has expressed great interest to play for Maccabi Haifa." A deal would presumably include an out clause for when the NBA lockout ends.
