Nets Keep Losing Money

Nets continue to lose tens of millions of dollars in spite of cost cutting. A reading of documents provided by Forest City Enterprises, owner Bruce Ratner's parent company, indicates the team's overall loss was $42 million in the fiscal year ending Jan. 31. That's down from $55 million a year ago. The team also has more than $200 million in debt, 80% of which Mikhail Prokhorov will pick up.

SBJ: Prokhorov Could Wind Up Paying $700 Million for Nets
