The Bulls injury report is now looking like a CDC warning. Not only are Derrick Rose (knee still), Kirk Hinrich (calf) and Yoakim Noah (plantar fasciitis) still hurting, Luol Deng is so sick he may not travel to Brooklyn for Game 7. He's that ill.
