Kerber: Sneaking Up in Sneakers

October 28, 2009, 7:43 am

The Post’s Fred Kerber has always been the most optimistic about the Nets, writing that things could get interesting with such a young, athletic team. In his season preview, he says that while the Nets are rebuilding, they’re not replanning: they know where they’re going but it will take a while. “We have a chance to sneak up on a lot of people,” says Devin Harris. “Sometimes it’s almost better to be the underdogs.”

Fred Kerber got to be the least interesting sportswriter I have ever read. His sarcastic writing style leaves me cold. I don’t read him anymore if I can help it.
