Game 25 – Kings @ Nets, Tuesday, December 18, 7:30

December 17, 2007, 7:24 pm

It’s all about big men, right? Mikki Moore returns to New Jersey, no doubt to a hero’s welcome. Sean Williams and Josh Boone will be starting for the first time as the Nets try to find some of the offense Moore supplied last year. But the game is more likely to revolve around swingmen Ron Artest, Richard Jefferson and Vince Carter. Carter will likely play despite a tweaked right ankle. Also, Marcus Williams may return but Boki Nachbar will not.

  1. NetKnic Says:

I think the Nets will knock the Kings off their throne. Lol. :)

  2. Sean Serritella Says:

I’m looking forward to this game more than any game recently because of Frank’s promise to start the rookies.

  3. Trenton Says:

I’m thinking of getting tickets. Could be a good game and I want to see Mikki Moore take the floor.

  4. Spartan Says:

no Martin or Bibby? …if Kidd and Carter don’t own Salmons and Udrih, we are in trouble…I’m going to have to call out Mikki’s name though

  5. King John da FiF Says:

So, there’s a chance that vince and boki won’t play tonight? That’s gonna suck.

  6. Tony Says:

This team is cursed. Now VC is down and when there is a good news, there comes the bad one. Marcus also may play though which is a good news….

  7. BWoosley Says:

    Wait, what happened to Vince?

  8. geo Says:

Why would we be surprised if they lose to the Kings, they lost to Knicks twice and a brandless clipper team. ANything is possible with this bunch!

  9. King John da FiF Says:

I wouldn’t be surprised if they lose, the nets can lose to anyone.

  10. NetKnic Says:

They brought Vince back too soon after he sprained his ankle against Boston (Nov. 10th).

They were losing game after game, w/out him, and got a little desperate.

It’s good enough to play – at a medium pace – on, but it isn’t 100% healed yet.

That’s why it keeps getting “tweaked”, and why it sometimes looks like he’s loafing around out there.

  11. BWoosley Says:

shoot up some cortisone and get going…

WOW A GREAT GAME BETWEEN OUR NETS AND KINGS.. KINGS UP by 2 at the half.. The kids are doping great (as expected) and THE FREAK HAS BEEN UNLEASHED! SWill with 6 BLOCKS already at the half.. triple double for him? I sure would love to see him get that one.. JBoone is also doing good! No sign of Collins still.. haha! now that is a miracle.. let’s just hope out nets pull this one out!
