Please forgive me for this post because I didn't think it through to much but hear me out. What I'm thinking might benefit both teams, but more ours than theirs. Cleveland has been rumored about trading the first pick away. My idea is to trade D-Will to Cleveland for K. Irving, Varejo, the ability to swap first round picks in 2015, and their 2016 pick. The reason I think this might have a little chance is that they'll get a point guard under contract for at least two years. The ability to still trade the number one pick to get multiple picks this year which they can pick their future point guard. For us we get a young scoring point guard with vets around him to keep him grounded. In Varejo he'll replace Blatche with a better defensive mind instead of offensive one. Not only that he's an expiring contract as well as Irving. The only downside is if Irving doesn't resign. But that's what's the picks are for right. I'm thinking of a short rebuilding after this year. What do you think? Is this a good idea or what? If this is going to happen then it has to happen tonight.
