New projected salary cap numbers - good news for the Nets

New projected salary cap numbers for next year came out, and the salary cap is expected to be about 3 million more than previously thought, and more importantly for Nets the luxury tax is now expected to be $81 million, about four million more than previously thought (final numbers are computed in July). For the Nets and Proky, this would mean a savings next year of about 15 million dollars (they would pay likely $3.75 for every dollar over the luxury line), and would give them more room to work with the following year if they try to get under the tax line and avoid paying the repeater rate, which is an extra dollar for every dollar over the tax line.
