Kidd also reiterated that Garnett will be on the same minutes restrictions in the playoffs. "That's the plan."

I don't know what kind of the plan Kidd has. Why should Kevin Garnett play short time in playoff, too? He is a very important player for Brooklyn Nets for defense, rebounds, and leadership. Also, his shooting is getting well in 2014. I don't know why he need to play less than 20 minutes, and sit in 4th quarter. Even Paul Pierce who is only 1 year younger than him played more than 30 minutes sometimes. It looks like Kidd doesn't trust Garnett. I hope this interview is lying. It makes no sense. Why did Nets bring him to this team?
Deron Williams mentioned about the playoff.
Deron Williams: "We're a team built for the playoffs. I feel like once we get there, we have a chance against anybody in a 7 game series."

That's the reason Nets brought KG. This team is built for the playoffs and the champion and needs helps from PP and KG to reach this goal.
Kidd should trust him. I can understand to rest him now in regular season games, but, it should be the reason to be ready for the playoff. If Kidd gives him the same minutes restrictions in the playoffs, I don't want to see him as a head coach of the Nets next season. I hope he said a lie.
