BROOKLYN - The Brooklyn Nets have announced that Kevin Garnett will target a return sometime around April 8th (at Miami) or 9th (at Orlando) to return. Garnett has missed the team's last 15 games, heading into Sunday night's game against the Minnesota Timberwolves, with back spasms. Brooklyn is 11-4 over that span without Garnett. This would put Garnett at 20 missed games, at minimum, if he returns on April 8.

Prior, Jason Kidd had told the media that he was not concerned about Garnett returning during the regular season and was not pressing to get him some run before the playoffs.
Brooklyn also announced that Andrei Kirilenko (ankle) will target a return for "midweek," which could mean he will play against the New York Knicks on Wednesday.
According to the team, all target dates are "subject to change."
