Kidd said that the team will re-evaluate Johnson tomorrow, and see how he feels. He also mentioned that this is something that has "been bothering him for some time."
Johnson has been wearing a band below his knee for at least the last couple games. Tendinitis can be tricky stuff.— Tim Bontemps (@TimBontemps) February 3, 2014
This will be the second missed game of the season for Johnson. The first was earlier in the year with the Nets on the road against the 76ers, of course. In that game, the Nets lost to Philadelphia in overtime by one point, 121-120.
Also of note, Andrei Kirilenko, as expected, will not play against the 76ers because of a sore calf, while Andray Blatche remains a game-time decision 90 minutes prior to tip.
Michael Carter-Williams (shoulder, personal) will play for the 76ers.
