In a preview of the latest episode of "The Association: Brooklyn Nets," players talk about the playoffs and Brook Lopez, who will be playing in the post-season for the first time, leads the Nets in enthusiasm and optimism.
"We can go all the way," said Lopez. "We just have to really work and make sure we do everything we possibly can to control our destiny."
Two of his more experienced teammates don't make that claim, at least in the episode preview, but note what you have to do to win, rise to the top and have confidence.
"This is when the cream really rises to the top. that's when players are really made in the playoffs." Joe Johnson, who's played 62 playoff games, second on the roster to Jerry Stackhouse's 71.
"You've got to have confidence, confidence in yourself, confidence in each other, that no matter what happens, you have each other's back. that will translate into wins," said Deron Williams, who took to the court 44 times with the Jazz.
The full episode airs Wednesday, April 10 at 6:30 p.m. For those looking to catch up on "The Association," there are two marathons in the next few days.
