Questions have been surrounding PJ's rotation of late, questioning the amount of playing time Teletovic, Evans, Marshon should be getting among other things.
One question that has not been getting enough attention is Gerald Wallace's situation, who has seen a large decrease in playing time and has rarely seen the court during crunch time in the fourth quarter.
He has played less than 30 minutes in 6 of the last 10 games, and of those 4 games that are above 30 minutes, none of them are more than 35 minutes. This is a striking difference to earlier in the season, when Wallace was getting minutes in the high 30s to low 40s consistently.
He brings so many intangibles to the table for the Nets. His relentless hustle, his passionate leadership, and high energy level in general rubs off on the rest of the team.
I strongly disagree when he is used in the same sentence as Reggie Evans as an "offensive liability". Reggie Evans and Gerald Wallace are not in the same stratosphere on the offensive end.
So what do you think Netsdaily, should Gerald be getting more playing time?
