The real reason we aren't playing up to are talent level is Deron Williams. Since the man has been here we've been handling him with white gloves. It's clear now,that he can't lead us to the top of the division.This team needs an Alpha, either on the floor playing or on the bench coaching. Second problem is PJ is making the same mistake Avery did with rotations and starting line ups. Brook Lopez has clearly shown he's a anchor for our defense now, no need to start Reggie Evans any more. Give Teletovic the start and open up the floor. Over the off season we were going crazy over Ersan Ilyasova, not a great defender but a good shooter and hustle player.Teletovic will at least bring the same to the table and he's a better scorer than Ilyasova. Now we get to Marshon Brooks, why is he not in the rotation. This man played 30 minutes a game shot 48% from the floor his rookie year on a terrible team. We need this man on the floor instead of playing Joe Johnson heavy minutes on nights he doesn't have it. Top three players off our bench should be Brooks, Blatche, Humphries. Let's turn this around PJ, Brooklyn!!!
