It seems obvious (at least to me), that the Nets biggest problem is that they are relatively slow and unathletic. To address that issue I would suggest two lineup changes. First, start Alan Anderson and move either Paul Pierce or Joe Johnson to the second unit. I know this might be tough on their egos and it will test Jason Kidd's management skills but if they are serious about making sacrifices for the team, they will do it. Second, when the Nets play younger and more athletic teams, give Plumless more playing time over Blatche. Blatche is reverting back to his knucklehead ways and with Johnson or Pierce on the second unit, the Nets won't need the scoring on the second unit. Having Pierce or Johnson on the second unit, will also give Lopez and the other starters more shots.
