After winning 12 straight games in the Turkish Cup, Turkish League and Euroleague, Fenerbahce lost to Tofas in the Turkish League, 89-81. Bojan Bogdanovic continued his hot shooting, hitting 7-of-12, including 1-of-3 from deep. He also had four rebounds and two assists. Bogdanovic is averaging 18 points in the Turkish League and 20.3 in the Euroleague. He is the top scorer in the Euroleague.
In his five Turkish League games, Bogdanovic is shooting 68.4 percent from two point range and 45 percent from three; In Euroleague play, he's shooting 56.3 percent from two point range and 52..6 from three. He's also shooting better than 80 percent from the free throw line between the two leagues.
Marcus Denmon, a 6'3" shooting guard from Missouri, led Tofas with 26 points, all in the second half.
There's still no date for the return of the Nets' other Euro-Stash the 6'9" Ilkan Karaman, who also plays with Fener. He had double knee surgery in the summer.
